    Why does it say 'pick another way to pay'?


    I'm trying to purchase one month of Xbox game pass ultimate, I have $5 of Microsoft credit on my account and $10 in my actual bank account. However when I try and actually confirm the purchase it says 'pick another way to pay, we couldn't get authorisation for this purchase'
