    I can’t make any store purchases. I tried deleting my cards and reloading them even went to try on another console it just doesn’t work

    ah okay, thank you, is there any way to purchase the Xbox 360 versions of the DLCs as when I try to purchase them from the store it says "currently unavailable" and when i try to purchase them in-game it says "account does not have access to premium content"

    Just tried all of that and none of it worked, same message keep popping up.

    I am in Canada, my payment method is PayPal, everything is the same region, haven’t tried a different payment method or use the Xbox.com website.
