Create a new account that can be considered as an adult account (try using another web browser or incognito mode).

Once done, add your main account as organizer via the link below. (you can see in the new account an "add member" button

Please double check that you select your main account as organizer too, not member.

Once successfully added, sign out from your account everywhere and restart your PC

Then log in your account again and try downloading the game.

Just to double check, please check if birthdate is more than 18 and change it if necessary

Thanks for reaching out to us, However you may have contacted the wrong area but I know how to resolve the issue you're having. When this issue happens, it seems to be related to the saved data for Minecraft Dungeons on the switch. There's two ways to
resolve the issue.

You can remove the saved data from the Minecraft Dungeons game and this will allow you to access the game again, however if that doesn't work for you the other steps is to disconnect the MS account from your switch.

Disconnecting MS Account :

Start Minecraft Dungeons on your Switch in Airplane Mode.

Go to Settings and Press the "Sign Out Of All Online Play" while in Airplane Mode.

Turn Off Airplane Mode

Go to Settings and reconnect your MS account to your switch.

If these steps don't work out, then I recommend reaching out to Mojang support for further assistance.

When you launch Minecraft Dungeons for the first time, you are prompted to log in to a Microsoft Account. This can also be done from the game's settings menu, by selecting "Configure Online Play"

Just check you are not part of Microsoft Family account. There is a privacy setting that restricts playing Minecraft Dungeons.

If you are, these setting can be changed by an account organiser using the Xbox Family settings app.
