Why does it say my account cannot access parties on xbox?

I have checked all that, and this didn't happen because of anything. It randomly popped up, literally no idea how it happened. I was just talking to friends and it booted me out.

-sign in, security and PIN
-payment and billing

-linked social accounts

-subscriptions

-privacy and online safety

-family settings

-content restrictions

-remove account
