Why does it say I have a suspension on my Xbox when I didn't even do nothing

So I got a suspension I can't view what it says "Xbox live enforcement is down" I had gotten this suspension when I wasn't online I was in bed I didn't know about it and I didn't even say anything to anyone and I think I was hacked I would like to know if
I can have it removed because In privacy settings it says its set to where I can chat. When I go onto Minecraft and try chatting it says I need to change my privacy settings, but Its set to where I can talk to anyone and the suspension ended this morning at
4am. The Xbox said it was 4:30am. Is there a way I can change my password and get the last few suspensions removed because I haven't caused the suspensions the last few months... I haven't been on much either .... I play on a laptop but my iPad does the same
thing. I don't like that I got one I didn't have one when I went to bed hen it shows up and I have been having that happen as well as, My reputation keeps jogging around from "Needs work" To "avoid me" when no ones blocked me and I've done nothing...

Obviously. I'm just trying to figure out why it says I have no enforcement history. My 2nd suspension was evidently a mistake on their end (which makes sense because I didn't even know what I was suspended for at the time), which means I only ever had one real suspension and it was for something very mild (someone was using an exploit in a game and I messaged them saying "loser" and nothing else). It was for 24 hours, and since it was for something very mild I'd assume that's why my enforcement history is clean.

As well, when I sign in on my xbox it says permanently suspended so even if it's say just a voice suspension why can't I sign into my account on xbox life, console and app?
