why does it say "Details not available at this time" On my active suspension?

So once again, there is no way to know why this suspension was in place to begin with? Said account hasn't been online with others to be reported yet it violated some standard with no details to show what was even violated.

Pretty bad system then wouldn't you say? What if it's bugged? No way to resolve if it's wrong? Nothing happened yet there is a penalty for nothing? Where are the details? Proof?

I would assume once this suspension has ended that it will then be within my history for all time. I should at the very least be allowed to know why instead of "No details available".

I am signed in the right account and it says banned user so i can not appeal it, I have never been banned before and I have no email indicating why this has happend, is says suspended but with no details as to why this has occurred. On the active suspension list it says no current suspension and no enforcement history. Hope you can help me undo this matter.

I knows there’s a reason but they didn’t give me a reason of as to why I’m banned, I clicked the suspension thing and it said “No details are available at this time” and it’s Gina take like another 4-5 days just for them to review my appeal.
