Why does it say 2k 25 is not compatible with my xbox 1

It'll say that if you try installing the Series S/X version of the game.

But it worked before. And also why can't i just get it on my Xbox One if it's Backwards Compatable? Why does it say "Bundle Only" and when i click on it there's nothing there?

I did get my nba lead pass yet for the 25 anniversary for 2k 24

The 2K support team told me to

1) delete all compatibility pack updates

2) clear your cache

3) turn off Xbox

4) turn on the Xbox

5) load the game

5) download the update

6) re download the compatibility pack

I did it this and it worked the first time. They did say at the end of the email that if this strategy didn't work, then do it again until it works...Hope this helps.

They are doing maintenance on Xbox 360 titles and services today/earlier today. That is why you and your friend are having issues with Dark Souls 1 today. This also causes issues on Xbox One if you are playing a backwards compatible game.
