This just happened to me tonight and I don't even know what to do

Facts the same happened to me when i tried to log on right now. Hopefully its just the game being down like they say but my friends are playing so it makes no sense. Im confused cause it doesnt even pop up in my all games list.

I seen another Complaint like thia what they did to fix wqs go to order history And click on cold war, Then the game started installing

On xbox it says “You’ve used your free gamertag change. To change it again, you’ll need to buy a gamertag change on xbox.com.” I’ve never changed it and it doesn’t tell me i need to buy a gamertag change when i try on xbox.com, it just does nothing when
i click claim then gives me the error when I refresh.
