Why does it keep telling me to buy gold when I’ve got it?

Please try this:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

Yeah it was Slime Rancher and I got it when it was free for gold, I don’t remember when it was but it’s been a year and a half since I’ve been on this account and the only two options it gives me are “Install” and “Buy to Own” and when I click Install
and Install it, it says something about needing to buy it

On xbox it says “You’ve used your free gamertag change. To change it again, you’ll need to buy a gamertag change on xbox.com.” I’ve never changed it and it doesn’t tell me i need to buy a gamertag change when i try on xbox.com, it just does nothing when
i click claim then gives me the error when I refresh.

Thank you, turns out my Gold subscription had expired. I dont know why it asked me to buy ultimate and didnt tell me to buy xbox gold.

i got mail saying FREE GOLD WEEKEND 5/1-5/3 and well its Saturday and well still no free gold whats going on im trying to play destiny but it still says buy gold to play multiplayer so why can I not do it if free gold is going on right now I want to do some
exotic bounties when it is free gold but now I probably wont be able to finish them in time so plz tell me why this is not working
