Why does it keep setting it to deny after i click allow

If I may ask, are you trying to manage your Xbox privacy settings, particularly setting the multiplayer option as "allow" on the Xbox app, is that correct?

If yes, try to use a different device such as a mobile phone, laptop or PC then manage the Xbox privacy settings through xbox.com. Here's how:

Sign in to your Microsoft account at Xbox.com.

Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online safety.

NOTE: Because you’re accessing sensitive info, you may have to enter your password or PIN.

Select either the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

Review the current settings and update any that you want to change, and then select Submit to save the changes.

NOTE: You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved.

If it still doesn't work that means your account is a child account. You will need assistance from an adult account to manage the settings for you.

A child account is registered on the birthdate 21 years old and below upon the account's first creation while an adult account is registered on the birthdate 22 years old and older.

Thanks for the reply, i should clarify; I've already tried this method and it has not worked. There is no option to set the account to adult, just being able to allow or deny certain permissions, all of which are allowed already except for broadcast gameplay
and the Microsoft data collection settings. Even when I try to change these permissions to allow and i click submit, once the page refreshes the settings jump back to what they were before i clicked submit.

Sorry this did not work, I tried the whole procedure but the simulator is frozen.

Same position after selecting airport nothing happens, and mouse click does not work.

log in to xbox.com and go to your account. click "payment & Billing" (big credit card looking thing) you should be prompted to do a form of security code. after that there will be a credit card looking thing with a deny or not allowed symbol should be called
"Remove Payment Option" click that after that choose what credit card your want to remove and remove it

After I click reset does it give me the option to keep my games?
