    What seems to be the problem? When this occurs its mostly cause you dont have money on ur card. Or and sometimes its bad connection. Try again later. If it keeps happening, it might be that ur using and invalid card for the transasction. If you use paypal
    or other payment options, check if the site is supporting that payment option. If you are sure everything is in order, contact support or ur bank.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to complete a purchase on your account.

    Is this only happening with one of your payment instruments? If possible, I would recommend attempting to use an alternate payment instrument to attempt to complete this purchase.

    help with purchase errors    , that I would recommend you review for further troubleshooting techniques.
