Why does it keep on randomly stopping and starting again

- Could you tell me which FIFA you are trying to play?

- Are there any external storage units plugged into your console? If so, may I ask where this game is installed?

- Did you get any error codes/messages along with the notification to install the game again? Perhaps a notification letting you know the game was corrupt?

Nope no notifications just straight up said installing

They are wireless and all work, in fact I was using my newest one earlier the same day. While I was on hold for an hour and 15 minutes it randomly started working again. The only thing I did during that time was dust my Xbox series x. So I don’t know if it just needed to be cleaned or why it stopped working but it randomly started working again.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
