Why does Forza 5 have no actual technical Support.

You can get help with XBox LIVE stuff on the "Support" tab at the top of these forums. They lead to actual Microsoft Employees who can offer you the correct technical assistance.

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, there is no cross-saving between the Xbox and Steam versions of Forza Horizon 5. See the Forza Support site for more information: https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/articles/18522264643347

technically if you have a live sub that is paid monthly then it should not end BUT if the account is inactive, basically not signed into at all on any Microsoft service then they could cease the sub and close the account, technically questions should be asked why they continue to let someone actively pay a sub without actually using the account at all for 5 years without finding that suspicious.

You would have to have this escalated with Tier 3 Technical Support you can do this through support chat, not quite sure if account deletion is actually possible, but if it is, this would be your best bet. Why do you want to delete your account anyway?
