Thank you! Till now I never used the forum a lot I own my first console ever only since August 22 and have no much time for gaming. When I asked questions on the forum I never asked inappropriate questions or used inappropriate language. To access the forum the same account/profile I use for my Xbox as is dedicated to all my gaming stuff.

A few days ago I wanted to ask a few questions about black Friday deals on games and for some inexplicable reason I could not access the forum and all I could see it was a message "your profile has been blocked" , I cannot even sign out and sign in with this other account I am using now as it just redirect me to the same error page. So what I need to do every time is clearing all my browser history and try to sign in with a different account.

I asked for help to a live assistant and she made me fill a form, however, I am not sure it was the suitable form as all the questions were about account locked, but my account is fine both on the web and on the Xbox, it is only when I access Microsoft community that it says my profile is blocked. She flagged the form as urgent and guaranteed a solution by the end of the day. However after 2 days nothing has changed and I did not receive any update about my form.

I do not want to use the account I ma using now forever as tis is the account I use for professionals and personal correspondence, I was happy to use my Xbox account for any questions related to gaming. Plus I start to believe that my gaming account has been hacked because I really have done nothing that could require a block of my profile. And honestly I do not feel comfortable in buying the several games I wanted to buy during black Friday and do card transactions if my account/profile is hacked. Bottom line I can see only two options here.

1. I keep waiting to hear from Microsoft which does not seem to bother too much about this question with the risk of losing the black Friday deals that expire in 9 days

2. I delete the account with the blocked profile and create a new account/profile for my Xbox and Microsoft community, but if I do that what is going to happen to my purchased games, data and progress, points, etc.? Is there a way to keep everything but change email and profile?

Sorry for the long question and do not worry if you cannot answer, I am just trying my luck as I am not receiving a great assistance from Microsoft and I was hoping that someone like you with years of experience as a gamer might know how to tackle this issue

Usually the criticism to FIFA its because each yearly release doesn't include too many new features

But if you didn't played FIFA before, I think that you can give it a try, purchase the game and test it for about 30 min - 1 hour and if you don't like it you can ask for a refund

About the mods, unfortunately on Xbox that's not possible because it's not possible to modify the game files like on PC. FIFA its not the only game that can't be modded
