Why does EA link not work !?!?!

Keep in mind that If you unlink your XBOX account from EA, you won't be able to link it to another one.

You probably had linked one in the past.

"You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future."

That's odd. I even unlinked my Xbox account from one EA account to link to another and it worked fine.

Does clicking ''reset password'' take you to a page to change the EA account password?

Does this happen with the new EA account you created?

Hello again, I think I found out why, the EA play alone work only on the console.

If you have the Ultimate Game Pass subscribed and with the linked account it will work on all your devices.

Thanks. I checked, the Xbox and EA accounts are linked. But the EA app does not see any subscription and offers to re-register EA Play.
