Why does disable multiplayer not work for me?

Please be advised that since you're using a child account, it's required that you have to be in a family group. Only a parent or organizer's account can manually change your account's privacy settings.

If you're still minor, please ask assistance from your parents to set it up correctly. By using their account, they can change your account's privacy options through https://account.xbox.com/Settings.

In order to avoid any confusion, this is a Microsoft Community page. We are users just like you and cannot see your account status like a Microsoft Agent could.

For this reason, I cannot tell you why your multiplayer may have been blocked. Have you been given an error code or message that has told you it is blocked?

If not, it could be that your router could be unstable, have you tried rebooting it?

It could also be that you need to update the game. You'll find this in the settings under your Updates queue.

If you are banned, there is no way for us to know this, however this could happen if you have been reported for Profanity, Cheating or soliciting malware etc.

You could go to the blue 'Contact Support' button at the bottom of this page: [https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact] and request to chat with an agent who would be able to see your account information directly!

come on, explain to me why disabling the wmm works?

I get this allllllllllll the time! Which is why i normally opt for the random game options, however this hardly ever works because everyone just throws me out straight away. honestly! You should DISABLE the multiplayer feature if you DONT want people in
your game!

And it makes no sense that u have to have it to play multiplayer. why not make it where it can be disabled like the rest
