Why does Cloud Gaming game crash after running?

Have you tried to run a system scan?

Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and Select "Open Powershell as Administrator".

Type this command: sfc /scannow

Press Enter.

If any error is found, follow the prompts to fix it.

Then, please, repair the XBOX app installation:

Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Repair

Also I forgot to say this but I quit the game normally yesterday, no crash, and I had saved. I did more searching and someone says cloud data saves after quitting a game normally. I don't know why the cloud would rollback to this far.

I was experiencing the same issues after I purchased my Xbox series X 2 days ago. I Uninstalled the game and factory reset my console neither work. I did however found something that 100% worked so far. Completely Uninstall the game if it is installed. Just go to battlefield in the game pass and run it via cloud gaming. So far it hasn't crashed and runs smooth. Hope that helps.

The game Starfield is the only game. I experienced crashes on the very first mission the game crashes. Also when it does run there are black squares on all of the game. I just bought the system.

I'm having the same issue. For me its the cloud sync that causes the crashing. When I re-install it and start it up again I cancel the cloud sync and it runs just fine. I can't find any fix for it or any way to delete cloud save data for PC game pass games.
