    Why does all sound in my PC deafen when I start a game and my account loads?


    OS: Windows 10 Output Device (Audio): Razer Kraken Kitty Edition Bluetooth

    For some reason, when I load a game through the Xbox app, everything is fine. All my audio is playing. Once I press start, and the game finishes loading my profile, I can no longer hear sound on any application while using this specific output device. I have done so much research and tried most known fixes I can find for this sound issue. I’m stumped now. Any help would be appreciated. (I may not respond to comments for a while)

    Audio Problems

    Thanks! The problem was that the games i was playing forced you into game chat even though you had no mic connected while my chat mixer setting was deafen all sounds by 80 percent.

    Does the disk drive make a sound when it starts the game?

    - Usually when a game is loaded the disk drive will make a mild sound. If it does not it is probably the lens or disk drive.

    Hi, I preordered MC Dungeons yesterday (25/5 2020) and today when the game realesed i started it, got inside the game, made my charactar and when i pressed play offline it crashed after loading for a few seconds, same thing happened when I started it and
    pressed play online instead. What do I do?

    Iv checked for updates on my gpu drivers, my pc drivers, uppdated my motherboard, my cpu has been updated aswell, iv restarted my computer multiple times and it still does not work. Iv even logged in and out from microsoft account and xbox account on my
    pc, and reinstalled the game 3 times and it still..does...not...work. What do I do?

    Yea its probably a bug try to restart you're xbox maybe it should work

    No sound on PC when steaming a game with XBOX App

    That's all set correctly. It's only the audio coming from the XBOX App that is very low. I can watch a video online, play music in Media player, and all PC system sounds are at normal easy to hear levels. Open the XBOX app and stream to my PC and its almost
    inaudible. On the TV connected to the XBOX its fine and easy to hear. If I turn the volume up on my PC load enough to hear it, everything else is blaringly load. Why is there no volume control in the XBOX APP itself?
