    Why does a Xbox one game say I own it even though I refunded it?


    So I refunded an Expansion for a Destiny 2 and it was a approved for a refund and I haven't yet gotten my money back which isn't a issue as that will come on its own time, but when I look back into the Microsoft store it still says I own the expansion/downloadable content and when I go to manage game and manage add-ons it doesn't show that its there but it says I own it in the store. Even in Destiny 2 own in game store for all expansions you bought it shows I don't own it any more so is that just a bug in the Microsoft store and on my Xbox account or will it get taken care of when I get my money back. Its nothing I'm too concerned about Its just I don't want it to bug out my account and if the future I wish to get that expansion again for what ever reason I don't want it to be bugged and I can't buy it.

    I am currently checking the refund page, it hasn't showed up yet. It says to give 24 hours which will be in another 10 hours.

    I would really like to find out why I can't play the game. I did own it on disc at one time and played it on this console. It was uninstalled before I purchased it digitally. There is something in my account that is communicating to Xbox (microsoft) that
    I do not own the game digitally even though I have purchased and downloaded it. The factory reset may work but it seems easier to just request a refund.

    I'm assuming you're referring to GTA V? That game is not available through Microsoft for PC. You would have to purchase it for PC in order to play it on PC.
