    2 weeks ago... some **** who I have no idea is hacked into my account somehow. He changed his primary email to his email, and deleted the existence of my email that I used with mine. I have called 5 plus times different days and followed every step to ge
    my account back. "We will send this to the advanced team" "your account isn't currently being escalated." You will recieve a Call around 12pm-3" never got a call. Never got even close to getting my account back that I've spent years building friends with,
    achievement hunting, progress on my favorite games... then I get this email saying they recommend I create a new account and forget about this one. There was no call. No that's not an option. Somebody is fixing this ****.

    Why does Xbox treat loyal customers so badly??

    I've been a loyal customer to Xbox since 2010 and my reputation is flawless as far as the online community is concerned. I never do anything to warrant a account banning. But on the 3rd of December my account was banned by the "Enforcement Team," for reasons
    NO ONE can tell me! The only info I have been given is that my ban will be lifted on the 16th and to just wait it out. This is why so many Xbox lovers transfer to PlayStation, because Xbox thinks they can bully people and hand out false bans on accounts that
    we pay for. I don't know if this post will get any attention, but I'm not just going to "Wait it out" for something I did not do.

    Kinect adapter

    I just got an Xbox x and I want to use my kinect but you (Microsoft) discontinued the adapter and cancelled the free adaptor program. Should I go on eBay and pay $150 for an adaptor? Is this how you (Microsoft) treat a loyal customer? Thanks

    The question should be: why wasn't this version the version that was released in the first place? The implication being that capcom treats its loyal fans/customers as beta testers. There's no justifcation for that.

    New user agreement or not Microsoft needs to be sued or at replace the broken systems like the did the last time. This is not the way to treat loyal customers. They have to be held accountable.
