why do you moderate private conversations?

You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but support does not handle enforcement issues. Only the enforcement team do and there is no way to contact them.

They dont randomly check your pms

It was your FRIEND or friends if party chat that would've reported it and took offence

Even on private chat you must be rated E For evrryone

And if you offend them they have the right to report you

I have one xbox friend ONE. We talk on xbox about games. We had our usual conversation about a game and we both talked about killing things and we both used the same profanity.

The conversation was not visible to anyone. I got suspended for using a profanity for 2 days? Why am I suspended for talking to my one and only adult friend about killing in a video game meant for mature audiences in a conversation between two adults speaking to each other in the same manner

he did not report me.... we are both shocked...... And for the moment are back to email because we thought we had privacy...

Is there some way to contact xbox? I can't find a phone number and it seems that somehow people are watching our private conversations. If this is so we will both be leaving xbox.

If your friendnreported you becausr he was offended that's his right

He did that's what you aren't underatanding

Conversations aren't looked at until they are reported and ONLY THE SAID person or parties in the private conversation can report you whenever it his grandkid using his profile or a spouse or himself it has to be done on your profile or the other party(ies) profile to report

There is no autoreports nor do they randomly check conversations

There is millions of msgs sent everyday they don't have time ro check everyone thats your misunderstanding on how it works

Even then they have thousands of reports ro go thru which in itself keeps them busy since more then one person has to check each report and validate thenother team.members work
