in the future just block them and report them, do not reply to them. That is what they want. You can block them from activity, select his gamer tag and hit block you can also report there as well But if you violate the code of conduct yourself, I
am sorry but there is nothing we can do. If the suspension is longer than 1 day you can appeal it.

Hello please if your son is being bullied or harassed please report the gamer tag that is doing it and block the person. It is best not to retaliate because if you break any ToS they have every right to then go report and get you banned. Let the enforcement
team take care of the issue and seek to deter your son from continuing to feed into the bullying. They continue to do so if they get a response.
