Why do you hate your customers?

Hi, I have the worst last month and a half, on the phone, with your xbox support people. I have filed tons of reports, I have called tons of times.

AND NOT ONE PERSON CAN HELP ME GET BACK MY STOLEN 20$

Also to those who read this and tell me the same as some of the xbox agents, " it's just 20$ is it that big of a deal ?". Yes, I am a man of principle and I believe if you know something is wrong, there should be a way to fix it. On top of that, I live on
very little a month from disability due to health complications from my time serving in the U.S. Army.

But my question. Why do you hate your customers?

Becaue the way I have been treated my your call centers and ESPECIALLY YOUR MANAGERS. One who laughed me off the line as I asked for help. And another that refused to talk to me that heard scoff and my request and told the operator to hang up.

But I guess, is it just me ? Or does every xbox and Microsoft customer get treated like dirt?

So here's a time line.

Early jan I had $97 and some change and $20 charged to my account. Within minutes I had called the hotline.

The first operator, told me to file a refund report. Which I did, but it was for only the $20. And he said that was ok, and had no way to help me beyond that. So I asked to speak with a manager.

The manager, got me forward to the escalation team. Who recovered my account and refunded me the $97 the next day. But I had heard nothing about the 20.

I called in they said give it the full time the team needs. And then I get denied my refund. Well I spent days calling in after that to find out what I could do. I even had 1 operator and another manager tell me they would put reports into the refund team
and emails. Still nothing.

Well a few days later I tired once more after my blood pressure had settled. But that evening as I spoke to a manager and begged if he could send me somewhere else or to someone who could help. Him and his operator laughed me off the phone.

I had honestly come close to giving up. But I keep having thier operators email me asking if things have been fixed. I have told them no and why. And I get scripted " if the problem has been resolved let us know to close the case " .

Which lead me to last night and the last of these attempts to get it back. But the manager who laughed me off the phone, told me to dispute it with my bank. Which for this is pay pal. But pay pal told me they need proof from them because, MICROSOFTS REFUND
DEPT sent then that it was paid for and downloaded and refused to give me my money back.

But the product in question. Was downloaded and bought during, from, and by the hacker that they already acknowledged. So when I asked to speak with a manager to, she stood by the operator, told him that no one can help me now that I have brought pay pal
into this. When I asked to speak to her, he told me that, that is what she just said. And I asked if I may speak to her and that I would kindly like to hear it from her. In the background I heard a couple of people go "oooooooh" as she scoffed and told the
operator just [Mod Removed] hang the phone up.

So here I am now
