Why do Xbox like making innocent people suffer

Sorry to hear about your experience. If there was an enforcement action taken against your account then the only way to contact the enforcement team would be to file a case review but sadly, that is the only way to communicate with them.

You can't contact the enforcement team, you can only submit a case review in your enforcement history and live support can't do anything for you because it's not their division and it's their job to handle suspensions, and both never check forums so no need to make false accusations and good day sir. 😊

With all due respect nothing you said answered my question. All you told me is things I already know and thinks I have said, besides the “false accusations”. I believe, that you only say it’s false because you are a xbox ambassador and have a reputation to uphold and you didn’t have any bad experience with xbox like me and many others.

Let me rephrase what I said previously because I believe we also have a misunderstanding to who I’m talking about. I’m just talking about the enforcement system only. I just included it apart of the support system because they enforce the rules to help keep help people. But what makes the whole system suck is the case review and not being able to contact them as you mention because that dose not help anyone especially innocent people who been falsely suspended/ban or punished unfairly. I feel as if they don’t actually look into the whole case in just look at one side which make it so flawed. Then they only give you one chance to speak so if you get a crazy amount of days then get denied then you are just stuck like that for the rest of your days. Which depends on the suspension like no multiplayer and no communication takes away the whole purpose of Xbox live gold or any other Xbox passes. Which feels like they are robbing people money and happiness. I am only specifically talking about the people who been falsely punished or punished unfairly like I have.

I could go on but I feel like they all tie into each other and is obvious. Lastly I have to say is I know they don’t check forums, I’m just a person who is asking a genuine question and is wondering if anyone else feel this way.

that logic makes no sense. if innocent people get punished along with the people doing wrong then what is it solving? thats like saying everyone being held hostage during a bank robbery deserves to be thrown in jail just like the robbers. solves nothing.
i rather their be no probation for dashboarders if i get punished too because it's not really stopping them from doing it anytime they wish since they no everyone will suffer the same punishment.
