Why do we have to be signed in to use youtube???( yes this does apply to game streaming

Yes, it's why I'm thinking live-streaming is potentially a can of worms, especially for those who have limited connections to begin with then decide "I'm going to live-stream and be famous on youtube." then you get an unplayable game because of them.

Why then do similar videos streamed using the YouTube app. do so without buffering?

it would be YouTube that would do that not ms as ms doesn't own youtube

Which anyone can file a claim..

YouTube does t have many protections for fan made videoa because of the combat via on decision against YouTube

That's why daily motion or mega or other streaming sites are more popular they actually check the clain

Let us isolate the issue:

• We notice that you mention you had 60 FPS while watching/streaming videos on YouTube. Do you have high FPS while gaming too?
  
• Do you notice any audio sync issues when streaming other videos/movies from browser or app in Xbox Series S?
  
• How about audio sync issues while gaming? What games specifically you experience this issue?
  
• Can we confirm if you are watching/streaming videos through YouTube app?
  
  • If yes, then try to check for latest update of this app on Microsoft Store and install.
    
  • Otherwise, you may want to try using the browser (Microsoft Edge) and go to YouTube website to see if issue in streaming persist.
    
• Lastly, are you part of Xbox Insider? Is your Xbox console updated too?
  
  • Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
    
  • Select Update console and apply any updates as needed.

Yes and No and thrEre is a reason for the No

As long as you use an xbox one you can get region independent content

HOWEVER this does now apply to xbox 360 and older games even on gamepass which Are Region locked

If you are trying it o. Pc it doesn't apply unless xbox one games thru streaming
