    Why do we even bother "complaining"


    I have dozens, including my own, of complaints that Jigsaw stopped downloading more than a month ago. And yet, not ONE SINGLE REPLY!! MS is absolutely the worst customer service company I've ever dealt with (not just this issue, but any - MS does NOT answer
    forum questions / support with anything other than Kindergarten-level non-answers!!)

    Just fix the stupid system! MS Jigsaw took my "gold" and just sits and says it's downloading puzzle, but NO! How elementary can this programming be? Seriously... At least honor your public with a real answer - even if that answer is "We're working on
    it. We haven't figured it out but we're trying." But, no. Nothing. UGH!

    My guess: Either only robots work for MS, or people with IQ and manners of robots work for MS...... Just a guess.....

    You seem like the ignorant moron here... You don't even know why we are complaining! The 24 hour log in or your console stops working, the Kinect always having to be plugged in and the used, renting and sharing problem... How do you still not know that these
    are some the main reasons people are complaining?

    As long as you're happy. It's the people that still complain when they get what they want or when they can't do anything about it that bother me.

    It's like with some gamers - I've seen plenty of people complain even if they win... It's ridiculous!
