    Why do they want my CC


    I'm trying to grab the Free Games with Gold game for the 360 "Battle Block Theatre", it says free but when i click it asks me for payment method.

    I'm not putting my CC or Paypal info in for a free game *** gives. I have over $100 sitting in my wallet so why doesn't it recognise that even though its a free game i dont have to pay for.

    Just bought iron man and iron man 2 assuming they came with closed captions

    Unfortunately they dont. I am hard of hearing and it is a necessity for me to have cc. Is there any way for me to get my money back? Why do these major movies not have CC?

    How do I block the use of the CC attached to an xbox live account? I do not want my son downloading/purchasing games on my CC.

    "purchase" it on your xbox360, this way you wont be asked to add a payment Instrument

    Why does Microsoft make it a nightmare to delete you credit card information?

    Ok thanks, it's not a big deal then as long as they let me delete it when the prepaid code goes into affect. I just dont want to use a CC anymore and I already turned off auto renew and resubscribed with a 12 month code so I didn't get why they still need
    my CC and wont release it.

    But there's hardly any CC's and I hate that stupid cross-combo system. They ruined Walking Bomb for me. And why are my Warriors better at CC and its all knockdown effects?

    This is a new issue. You weren't required to have a CC on file to download GWG games as long as you logged directly into the 360. I've been doing it for as long as GWG has been out w/o a CC on file. All of a sudden I need a CC. This is a change. Additionally,
    I have a $30+balance in my account so why doesn't MS take the $0.00 out of my balance? Seems like something is buggy here.
