Why do the login screen thing keep saying that the code is expired

Make sure that Passwordless Account and Two-step verification are not enabled here.

Sign in here using the new password.

https://www.xbox.com/en-US/

Then, press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

Try to download your account.

Does it say the code has expired? If it was from a promotion, almost always they state things such as "Must be redeemed within x number of days (such as 45 days)". If that time frame elapsed that would by why.

The three loan packs included in the Xbox One bundle do not expire, however the codes you get for pre-ordering FIFA 16 do expire. I recommend reaching out to EA again to inquire why those packs disappeared, and explain that the packs included in the console
bundle do not expire.

why do people keep posting unworking key codes?! thats two DAYS of codes right in a row.. i mean NOT working with like half hour of your post?! .. I mean if your going to post codes at least POST ones that you know are workign beforfe you post them!
and it says it already been redeemed meaning it is only a ONE time code..NOT a multi use code with an expired time!.

I try to login to xbox live with it and it brings me to a screen that's asking me to sign up for xbox live... It used to say that the password or username was wrong before things changed on here... It's acting like he's already dropped it, but I keep getting
emails for him and it's irritating...
