    Why do some people get banned for minor infractions but people who use racial slurs don't...


    This is mainly for the enforcement team since they know a bit more about this than I do.

    Someone I know got banned for abbreviating a phrase in surprise but he got banned for it, but someone also got reported for saying the notorious "n" word and he didn't even get touched by enforcement. Is there certain words that can't be said or is it
    biased over just cuss abbreviations? Because if this enforcement team is meant to uphold the ToS of Xbox Live then it needs to go after racial slurs spammed numerous times as well as abbreviations.

    If people use racisl slurs, they'll get banned. You can be sure of it.

    Enforcement can only really work so fast, especially at a time when there's a lot of activity and subsequently a lot of reports.

    I know someone that got banned for no reason he wasn't even on his account at night and they ban them based on a lie because his gamertag had got hacked and fix by Bill Gates and CEO got banned for no reason after that from the same representative over
    and over again for no reason false allegations against his account also has a federal Tracer in gamertag now he put a Better Business Bureau paperwork in on the company he is now suing for millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions

    We are in 2019 there are still people who insult the ethnicity of other people? It makes me irritate that. I'd tell you to block their profiles
