Why do none of my games work?

Whenever I try to open up Rockstar games I have (Red Dead Online, GTA 5) They say "Rockstar games services are Unavailable" and I cant play. Then I try Fallout 76 and it just straight up doesn't load, wont let me access the Atomic Shop or play the game. I have 2 games that actually work, those being Minecraft and Fortnite. On my 2nd account I have the same problem, games that dont work on my main dont work on my second, games that do work on my main work on my second. What can I do to fix this? I've spent a lot of time and money on these games and I hope all of it isn't just gone. Anything will help thank you. Also this is on Xbox One S

If you have performance or stability problems while playing games on your Windows 10/11 device, try the following solutions.

Solution !: Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app

1. Open Settings.

2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.

3. Look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it on the right side.

4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it

5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to the default setting.

Solution 2: Try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device:

1. Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

2. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

4. Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and try again

Do you know if they had warranty under it when they returned it? Or were they able to return it after warranty expired?
