Why do my settings keep getting reseted on bo6

I’ve recently had this bug on call of duty where it’s resets all my settings to default and consistently lags. I have to accept all code of conduct like if I were a new player and my Xbox is constantly trying to sync my data. I just uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but to no use. So if there’s anything else please help

I see, thanks for the information.

Please try clearing your Xbox cache by following these steps:

1.Press the power button to turn off your Xbox Series X|S.

2.Disconnect the power cord from the console.

3.Leave the console unplugged for two minutes.

4.Plug the console back in and turn it on.

Check if the problem persists.

Try going into the setting, reset console and reset and keep my apps and games. FIx this issue for me.

So all of the accounts get wiped off of the xbox along with all of my saved settings? Why does this happen to me

When I go in with the disk inserted, mw3 does not show up at all, it won't even give me the chance to install or uninstall it anymore all that comes up when I put the mw3 game in is bo6, and when I put the bo6 game in it runs automatically like normal. Almost like my mw3 game is bo6 with a mw3 graphic on the disk and box it came in.

I found a solution.

Go to settings, all settings, system, console info then reset console. Do "Reset and keep my games & apps"
