    Why do my games keep crashing


    So last month I sent and got back my SX from a service center because the fan was too loud. They fixed that issue but ever since I got it back my games will randomly crash. The only game the seems to have it worse is mhr for somereason but all my games have crashed at least once so far. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried clearing my cache and resetting my resolution. I even tried factory resetting and it still crashes. I'm afraid whoever worked on my xbox might have messed some of the hardware up or somthing do I need to have it sent back? Because I'm not looking forward to paying a heafty repair fee that wasn't my fault.

    There are other factors that could affect our issue. It's possible your game saves were corrupted or possibly an issue with your network connection.

    First, check your network statistics if your network details are good. You could also try a different network or switch from wired connection to wireless or try mobile data hotspot.

    To delete your game saves, follow the steps below:
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.
    Select Clear local saved games.
    Note Selecting this option will not delete any games or progress you have saved in the Xbox cloud. It will only clear data you have saved locally.
    Select Yes to confirm.

    ***I suggest to plug your console directly to your wall outlet. Do not use any surge protector.

    i have a computer that i run a dedicated ark server on... the computer never dashboards nor do the people that play on my server.. but for some reason my Xbox one keeps crashing when i play on my own server that is on the same WiFi
    not sure why this keeps happening its usuly 5 mins into game playing and keeps happening over and over again.. how do i correct this from happening i paid of the digital version so i could do this but for some reason my game on my Xbox one x keeps crashing

    You mentioned that you already performed a factory reset, did you try to remove everything or just keep games and apps?

    Oh... Understood, and you don't have a family member or friend who lives close to you with a PC and a USB drive?

    I just want to confirm, if you maybe have an external HDD or accessories connected to the console please try disconnecting everything else besides the power cable before checking again.

    And, if you didn't tried yet, try to connect your console to another socket or room.

    Besides that, I'm afraid to say that you need to open a repair request for your console
