Why do my games crash to dashbord om xbox series x?

So I had been dealing with big issues with specific game ( rainbow six siege) had been playing in years. Now from half year it had been crashing on my xbox series x. I did everything what had been possible to do.. had restart game, reinstall game, clean catch, format whole console and install just that game. Had delate all saves even from cloud.. I also have NAT open and had specifically open special ports on my router just for ubisofts server. And the game still crash to dashbord. Sometimes I can play maybe 1 h without any problem and sometimes I just torn on the game and it kick me out to dashbord from main lobby..

I had contacted ubisoft and from their side I did everything what they suggested.

I know that the xbox one controllers will work om the xbox series x so they should but I cannot guarantee it, we will have to wait and see

I want them to repair the game then from shutting my Series X down and crashing the game and returning me to the Xbox homepage along with the game freezing whilst in a gunfight. Do they need to come look at my Xbox to sort this out ?

i remember being curious if it was the xbox or my account so i did a test with my monitor and tv somewhat at the same time

Forgot to say the crash when pressing A is in the starting menu so I can't even do anything past that

if i have to use another account then that's ridiculous, it doesn't fix the issue it just makes it look like a convenient "fix" for ubisoft to avoid definitively fixing the game. my wild guess is their ubisoft connect app thing on their side is having a sync issue and why the game crashes?

I dunno but the troubleshoot doesn't work. Ive tried uno on the xbox one s, xbox one x and now the series x and after 2+ years i dont think those steps will help

Er well wont work I reinstalled uno again earlier on the series x to be sure and nothings changed

Yes I already did this multiple times yet my xbox series x keeps crashing games and turning off by itself
