why do my clips that i use xbox to clip with 90% of the time forzen?

it does not upload to my xbox account, only my files.

Have you checked to see if you can play the clips through your account online? Take a look at your clips by logging into your account through https://account.xbox.com/en-us/Profile
and taking a look at your captures.

Let us know if you are still only able to hear the audio while the clip is frozen or if it plays properly.

The clips go straight to my files and when i doble click to open them the file plays and its just the audio the clip is frozen. If you need me to send you an example of this happening i can try my best to show you one.

Unfortunately captures are automatically deleted from the Xbox network after 90 days now. You could try opening the Captures app and selecting "On this Xbox console" from the drop-down list at the upper-left, as clips are not automatically deleted from the console itself after 90 days, although they do get deleted from there over time as you capture new clips and screenshots. It's worth checking though.

What I do is set the console to automatically upload my captures to both the Xbox network and OneDrive, as they are not automatically deleted from OneDrive and it makes it easy to save any ones that I want to keep on my PC. Unfortunately, you can't share clips uploaded to OneDrive on your profile or via an Xbox message, which is why I upload to both.

But yeah, if your missing clips are not on the console itself and you only uploaded them to the Xbox network, they are gone for good I'm afraid.

I'm getting this same code. My clip got up to 90% and then it quit on me. I've tried multiple times.
