Why do Microsoft expect users to pay for games that dont work and Microsoft won't help you ...

in our economy the consumers drive what is produced and what is not produced. gamers are expected to pay for a game like gta5 and wait for it to work because they have set that expectation with their purchasing patterns in the past. no blame is given to
rockstar or similar developers because there is no consequence for them when they do this.

its not a matter of defending a company. its simply an explanation of how things work. until gamers start returning these types of games and avoiding them all together, dont expect anything to change. when gamers are setting records spending on games like
this, definitely dont expect anything to change.

Even the xbox support page is down. Like come on microsoft. Call me old fashioned, but when i pay for something(ex. Microsoft) i expect it to work or at least tell me why its not working.

Why do people think you are being helped just by being given generic information that has been posted over and over again in different threads? There is no help in that statement. It's not his job is my point exactly where is the real information from a

This is a service i pay for yet i dont know why i cant get on or when its expected to be fixed even psn releases constant updates regarding their server status and you dont have to pay them a dime, id atleast like to know what the hell is going on and if
theres an expected time for this to be fixed. I work all week and rarely have time to play but when i have the time i expect the services i pay for to be working somewhat.
