Why do I regularly have to login to my kids xbox so they can play digital games? Discs work ...

Kids got the One X for Christmas, however I wasn't getting enough time on it so I bought a S for myself. Unfortunately the S came with digital copies of Halo and Gears. More often then not, I'm playing on my Xbox the kids want
to play Halo and it won't let them unless I login to their Xbox ending the game I was playing. Is there a way around this like trading digital copies for discs or easing up on DRM. The experience is POOR for heavy use multiple Xbox One households. I'm also
not impressed that my kids require e-mails to play. We have four 360s in our house and the experience is great. Why are there so may problems with the One?

Why buy digital?

Why Digital? Because the kids keep scratching my discs and they can't scratch a digital download, already had to replace Lego Batman twice

Xbox play anywhere

I have an xbox (gold) live account for xbox one console. I also have two child accounts under my account. I recently purchased digital copies of Recore and Forza Horizon 3 play anywhere titles through the store on xbox one. I also have windows 10 laptop
with recent updates. The games work great when I log into Windows 10 and xbox app however when my kids try to log into the games under their own login both for Windows and xbox app the games are not available for them to download and play. Both kids can
play both games on the xbox one console but not on windows 10. Any ideas?

If it's a AAA title I'll buy digital, other than that it will be a disc so I can sell it later on.

Pro- I have two 360's now, one for my kids and one for myself and I sometimes buy the digital. With the Digital downloads on 360 I will buy the game on my kids Xbox 1st logged in as myself on their 360. Download and get it installed, at that point the
game can be played offine and doesn't matter who logs in to play it on the Kids 360.

Then go back to my 360 and do a Re-Download on my mine. I did Halo4 like that and other games. So I have 2 installs of the Game on different 360's and I can play with my kids online if I wish. Otherwise with disc I would have to buy two copies or share
one disk

If you have 2 consoles, Digital is the way to go..

Con - I can't sell it. I've bought a ton of XLA games, I can't sell that. But we've all bought apps on phones and tablets, same idea you can't sell it.

Either it happens now or later, it will happen.

I wish they would put a CD- Changer on the XBOX....

with her (I live in South Carolina), as my home Xbox and just made my XBox auto-login so that my kids here can play my games. I set it so that any changes prompt for my passkey but the login does not. This means that my two kids here can play whether I'm around
or not and my daughter 1,000 miles away has access to my 200+ games without me having to be logged in there or her getting access to my passkey.
