    Why do i recive all these lag issues only in online games?


    I recently purchased a TP-Link Wi-Fi adapter and installed it correctly on my system. However, I am experiencing consistent packet loss and high latency issues while playing games. What's perplexing is that my ping remains low, unlike the performance I used to have on my Xbox where lag was minimal.

    I have ensured that my Wi-Fi network is stable and that other devices connected to it are not experiencing similar issues. Despite this, the problem persists exclusively with the newly installed Wi-Fi adapter.

    Could you please assist me in understanding why this discrepancy in performance is occurring and provide any possible solutions to resolve the packet loss and latency issues?

    Terrible Lag on all online games

    I have gone through the slow performance guide and my connection is fine. No error messages, and exceeds all requirements. I updated my controller firmware, which helped for the usual 30 minutes and then lag again. Once the lagging starts in a game, it
    continues until I restart the console, whether offline or online. Ryse and GTA Online have the same lag issues. They are the only other games I play that are online. Offline only games have no lag.

    Answer me this then: why did none of the previous Callof Duty games have a problem with compensation. Sometimes the was lag, as with all other online games, but it wasn't 'installed' lag.

    great post, but even doing all these elements DOES NOT HELP THE LAG this is 100% the devs issue to solve, they have to incorporate some sort of method that allows a more pleasant online experience, lag is absolutely what's destroying the online gaming experience

    Why does this game run silky smooth for me online? Oh yeah, it's because I have a great connection speed.
