    Why do I not get Notifications from the iOS Xbox app?


    Hello,

    I have been noticing that I don’t get notifications from the Xbox app, even though I have everything turned on. This is frustrating because I didn’t know I was invited to a party to talk with a friend, and I didn’t know someone else had chatted me until a solid month after it was sent. Please help!

    Okay, please restart your iPad and see if you receive any Xbox notifications. You may also need to re-enable/allow notifications in the app after reinstalling.

    Also, this shouldn’t really make a difference to notifications either way, but do you have Background App Refresh enabled for the Xbox app on your iPad? Do you notice the error with all accounts/profiles?

    This is probably an issue on the server side then because it occurs regardless of the device, network, etc. I’ve escalated this thread so it can be properly addressed. Thanks!
