Why do i no longer "own" Modern Warfare after purchasing it back in October?

While randomly uninstalling games (Especially Modern Warfare for some reason) is annoying, usually you can just reinstall it from the shop. I would double-check that you are viewing the correct item in the store. Since games like Modern Warfare have several
different forms, including all the preorder editions, you very well could be looking at the wrong one.

Are you still having the same Issue? It is very odd, make sure that you are logged into the Xbox Live Profile that is your main account and that you purchased the game with. When you go to the Store, and search Modern Warfare it should be there under "owned"
and you should be able to install it. If the problem still keeps happening try contacting Xbox Support. Hope it works out for you.

That is very odd.

If you don't see any installed games, open the Guide and restart the console. Maybe your collection is just in a really bad state for some reason.

Double-tap the Xbox button to open the Guide. In the Guide, go down to the Settings tab and choose "Restart Console". This will do a cold boot. Once you are back on Home after it has restarted, try looking
again and see if they appear.
