Why do I need to make a new password every time I login to anything microsoft related?

you see, thats the problem. if i try to log into xbox it wont go to my normal account i have minecraft on, instead xbox forces me to make a new account and i dont know why because i also checked the password 60 times changed it aswell but every tije i login it doesnt work

When i try to login on the Minecraft login website i use login with Microsoft as i always have, but every time i try it says I've tried logging in to many times with the wrong password, and I can't change the password or verify the email since that email has been deleted.

That's the problem. I have it set to instant sign in. When it tries to sign me in, it says sorry that it can't and I have to enter my password manually. All the settings are correct, they just don't work like they did before.

I'd trying deleting the profile entirely from your xbox, then re-adding it. That should fix it up
