Why do I need to buy DBD characters again?

I only have one account. I checked the store and it said I don't own those DLC's. I paid for those DLC's and to buy them again is ludacris!!! Where did the money go if not for the DLC's I bought? So the DLC's for Trickster and Yun Jin, The Twins and Elodie, Saw, Legion are now another $8 untop of the $8 I paid before. As much as I like the game Dead By Daylight I'm done with it. I will not be paying for something I know I paid for already. So if you bought it with GAMEPASS and you down grade to GOLD only you can only own the DLC's if you're on GAMEPASS is that how it works or what? Making money off them microtransactions eh? I will work with the characters I have now. As for the ones that are locked on my account it's over. They should be refunding paid DLC's. Until I get a reasonable answer I won't be buying those characters again. .

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that if we purchased a DLC the license will be on our account and even though we no longer have an Xbox Game Pass, it should still work.

Let's validate, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and let me know if you can see the DLCs from there stated as "completed"?

Everything you purchase on a Microsoft account should show up in your purchases and subscriptions tab. I would check under that account you are logged into first to make sure that it is correct account you are looking at. I know if it was awhile ago some
people get mixed up on which Live account they actually purchased content on. This can also help you if you indeed to do want to open a support case to either get the content back or refunded, since they need proof of purchase.

Have you tried looking them up in the store to see if they still there and maybe reset the xbox to give it a quick refresh.
