Why do I keep the "getting your game ready" message almost every time I launch anything?

Yeah, it's not just you. As of turning on the xb1 this morning I can't start anything either.

Everything is viewable, everything is selectable, but nothing will launch.

If I try to launch it from the home screen then it's as though I haven't pressed anything. Doesn't launch. If I drop into the game hub and press launch game then the screen starts to flicker for about 5 minutes before I get the "just getting your game ready"
message. Then after a minute of that I get "Something went wrong".

Tried everything. Nothing works. Great.

I'm confused, I have a surface laptop?

Hello yeppie0, by the image you uploaded you are on a MAC, and must be using the paralles or something like that to install Windows and the game.

And unfortunately this message is not an error, it is a game condition that will not run in virtual environments like this mac.

I only do that when the game is close to launch. Like within 2 months. Reason being, they need to get the game ready to "go gold" and get those discs ready. That means the physical and digital games are the same. Of course they can and do patch. But
this patching is why some issues never get fixed. And plenty of games over the last few years launch with issues that are almost game breaking or are game breaking. And they take a month or more to get patched.

I am not going to go into anything I have experienced here but if those are not fixed the player base will shrink quick. Could be fixed but I am going to take a wait and see on this one.

My account got suspended and every time I try to play one of my downloaded games it keeps saying that it can't launch the game why is that?
