    Why do I keep getting "we are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found?!"


    I'm trying to manage my child's Xbox Account privacy settings. No matter what I do, when I click XBox settings from Microsoft Family, or just logging in directly to account.xbox.com I get "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

    Searching online turns up this problem for many people for YEARS but the consensus seems to be clear your browser history or use a VPN. I've done everything. I'm logging in from two different PC's... 3 different browsers both in normal and incognito modes. I've cleared my cache, I've used a VPN. Still, I cannot open XBox settings for either my own account or my son's.

    Why is this so hard? Anyone got a real solution?

    Hi Miguel. I had... I tried on the Xbox app, but it just directed to a browser with the same message.

    Eventually I got it to work... but on my work PC on my work network. So... I donno, but at least I was able to make the changes I needed.
