    Why do I keep getting refurbished controllers that are not fixed


    So for a total of now 8 times I have returned my elite series 2 after only have original I paid 200 on in 2021 for 4 months and 5 out of the 8 the left joystick felt like there were rocks under it and the right one feels like butter. I'm trying to figure out who works for quality check cause they are not good at there job I'm going on 5 times since November and I have been told I would get refund then I was told I was lied to. Now I'm supposed to be getting refund but I'm not holding my breath. I would never purchase a elite series 2 again because the are garbage. If you want quality go to Scuf.

    Hi! I attempted what you advised and noted that the service mentioned my controller is in warranty, and is eligible to be exchanged for a refurbished one. Why should I return my new controller in exchange for a refurbished one? Furthermore I need to incur the cost of courier? This is absurd. How can I get in touch with a Microsoft service person?

    XBox one warranty.

    Since you got the console refurbished the seller most likely had to break the seal to fix the console to refurbish it. This is why they wont fix it sadly. I know it is unfair that they wont fix refirbished ones. I got one used off of ebay recently and i
    may have to send it off to get fixed. I hope the seller has not been broken on it.

    Welcome to the worst nightmare off elite controller 2, i'm waiting for my 3rd one. I advice you to contact a lawer or understand your rights. Microsoft will keep fixing the problem with a refurbished one. And you will keep the same problem.

    Buy new Xbox, not refurbished, new controller(not an off brand) and a new halo cd+Gamertag. I guarantee it will fix.
