    Why do I keep getting errors when trying to get xbox Live?


    I have tried using my card to pay online, error. I went and got a card and tried to redeem code, error. “Something is wrong on our end” for the last month! Im sitting here with a card that wont work! Help!

    Is your account from the same Region where you currently live?

    Have you tried to make the purchase using a computer and a console? Does the error occur in both hardware?

    Do you have a payment method registered in your account?

    If you are on a computer, access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

    To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

    You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

    If it still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

    Right now, since you don't want to try editing your registry as you mentioned that you are not skilled enough to do that.

    We will suggest you with some basic troubleshooting option that might help fix your current concern.

    Right now, we would like you to try creating a new User profile on your Windows OS.

    Here's how:

    Create a local user account

    1. Select Start > Settings > Accounts and then select Family & other users. (In some versions of Windows you'll see Other users.)
    2. Next to Add other user, select Add account.
    3. Select I don't have this person's sign-in information, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.
    4. Enter a user name, password, or password hint—or choose security questions—and then select Next.

    Once done, try to check if the same issue also occurs when you use a different user account.
