    Why Do I keep getting error code 0x8923106C when I try to join an xbox party?


    Every time I try to join an Xbox Party with my family, it tries to connect for a bit and then it says Chat is disconnected. If you go to the error on the Xbox it says, "Something went wrong with your party. Try again later. 0x8923106C"

    My NAT is Open. Port is forwarded. Router and Xbox reset. Keeps happening, even when I try a different router. How do I fix this problem? Privacy settings and Permissions are Allowed.

    The rest of the family are able to chat away with no issues. 2 of them on my same router (in different rooms).

    "This may mean that you didn't finish disconnecting from the last party you joined."

    Kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below accordingly including the waiting period:

    Having the exact same problem! I cannot start a party, I cannot join a party and I cannot view parties. I cannot view my social feed, change my status to appear online or access key Xbox live settings. I keep receiving the [0x800C0008] error code when I
    try to start parties and "There is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again." when trying to access Xbox live settings.

    Hello Bone Grinder,

    Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. What happens when you try to join the party through a party invite? Do you get an error message or code? If you haven't already, try restarting your windows device and then trying again.

    why is it that I still can not switch to party chat I join a party (when the xbox lets me after 20min off trying to join the party) and when I do get in it will not let me switch to party chat starting to feel like iv been ripped off with the xbox one seaming
