Why do I keep getting an error when trying to redeem reward points?

I got the same error when trying to redeem a 100 point Bing reward. I'll post if I find out anything. I am going to email Bing rewards.

Do remember though that your reward points will expire if they are not used withing a certain time period, so keep checking and redeem them when you can.

So I earned 2,914 points today and went to go redeem them for a $3 gift card. Every time I try and redeem I get the usual error message. I've read other questions and responses about checking the actual website or try it on the console. I tried
redeeming on my Xbox, chrome, and Microsoft Edge and still got the error message. is there really something wrong with my account. whats going on?

Im getting this error code when i try to redeem some MS points.
