Why do I keep being suspended falsely

Ok so I woke up at 7 am turned on my xbox and got an enforcement notice bc someone reported my profile, but I'm extremely confused bc there was nothing wrong, or offensive about it, it was my age in my bio, and a fake location. This is the 2nd time I've been suspended in 2 weeks. The first was due to my game lobby being full as a friend joined the game before the party, and the person I invited from a lfg joined and invited 2 other people to my party, I apologized for being full and removed all 3. Then one started harassing me after, spamming me with game and party invites, and messages. I made the mistake of replying to tell them to stop spamming me bc idk them then stopped replying. Then after being ignored they reported my profile picture, it was an anime character that had nothing wrong with it. But he kept taunting me once he knew i was suspended. But this time I had been asleep for 4 hours before I got suspended, my profile is on private. I appealed it right away, but nothing has happened yet. I've talked to Microsoft support about it, and one person I spoke to said because I have been suspended a few times in the past when I was on 360, that when I'm reported xbox won't bother looking into the report, they'll just take action. And I've had this account for over 5 years, from the 360, one s, and series x. I don't understand how I could have gotten suspended bc of my profile. If anyone has any idea how I should approach this moving forward I'd really appreciate your thoughts. Thank you!

Enforcement is a department apart from this Community and Xbox service, is not possible for us to access to your account and Enforcement details to check or handle with your ban or suspension.

As this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, we cannot specify the actual reason or verify precisely what the reason for your suspension or ban or remove your ban or suspension.

Please! Take a closer look at what happens before you ban people

I wouldn't worry about it. If you have done nothing wrong, then you will not get suspended or banned. If the person keeps false reporting, they themselves can end up being suspended or banned for abusing the reporting system.

I can upload a screenshot of my enforcer page for further proof. I have 3 separate suspensions all given today. It does not make sense. I haven't been able to join a friends party for a week now like.... fix this or help me.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.
