Why do I have to reboot my modem every time I want to connect to my XBOX live account ?

Thanks again for keeping us updated, the ISP is the Internet Service Provider. As previously stated they have the router/modem information that is needed to follow the steps. Keep us posted on any further issues or inquiries!

We are currently having issues with our Xbox Live Status for purchase and content usage, if however the previous steps haven't worked we suggest reaching out to
the ISP to look into more involved steps such as
Port forwarding and static IP address since they have full access to the Network Hardware and would be able to guarantee the strongest connection to the internet and minimize or completely resolve this particular issue. Give it a shot and let us know how
it goes!

Hello Microsoft Teamsters.

I've been trying, for starter, to log myself in.

First try, fail.

Second try, I rebooted my modem, logged in great at 1st glance, but not even 30 sec later, the, what I could say, server disconnected me automatically by itself.

Third try, I rebooted my modem again, and that time, not a single appearance of anything working.

Forth try, logged in !!!! Yeah !!!

Disconnects by itself. (Mod Removed-Profanity) !!!

Relogged, works, and then, redisconnects itself off again.

I'm almost considering going for a PS4.

As you said, I might lose all info if I'm not connected to internet.

Funny thing, I just switch from cable to wifi and it says that my internet is working perfectly but the Xbox services is having few problems. In fact I'm having few problem with Xbox since December 24th. Any information of your part could be great cause
I've done my part beside rebooting my Xbox as you informed me to do, wich I'm a little frisky about doing so.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Network

Network Settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these
steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.
