Why do I have to install Microsoft store over and over after successfully installing? (Xbox...

I have installed astroneer, which successfully links to my xbox account and ports saves over so i assume it is only subnautica

i have tried reinstalling it but to no avail

no I just installed it like 5 time again after I keep having to delete the game and over and over install it again

I experienced this issue on a new system. I thought it may have something to do with my account as the exact same error occured when I tried to remote install a game on my Xbox One linked to the same Microsoft Account.

I logged in to
Microsoft Account: Devicesand the page refused to load and suggested that I reload it because of an account error. After having reloaded that page like ten times it finally loaded successfully. I tried installing from the store again right away, and it
worked flawlessly from the local Microsoft Store on my PC and for remote installing via the Microsoft Store on the web.

This could have been a coincidence but I hope this might be a useful troubleshooting tip fo someone in the future.

I did not. However, after the clean install (which was actually my second), and then after waiting a bit over a day, things seem like they are (slowly) downloading and installing now. I'm not sure what the issue is or was, and it's still slow, but I'm OK with that as long as I can still actually get into everything. I just find it incredibly odd that I've got zero issues with anything outside of installing from the Microsoft Store/XBox app (especially as this is...a Microsoft OS).
